When Ferrán decided to “play his last card” and enroll in a Vocational Training (FP) program in the agricultural field, he didn’t know that this was the learning approach he had always been searching for. “A training where one day I was standing, another day welding, another day observing pests, and yet another day studying in class. That was my way of learning. I needed to learn through hands-on experience.”

Now, several years later, he hopes his experience encourages other young people to explore all the possibilities that Vocational Training opens up. “For me, vocational training is not a secondary path; it’s an alternative path that can lead you to even better achieve your goals.”
